1. Introduction

This Cookie Notice explains whether and how the website located at neosashti.com (the "Site") uses cookies and similar browser storage. It is published by Neonergy Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Neosashti - Software Division) ("Neosashti," "we," "us," or "our").

Cookies are small pieces of information that a website can store in your browser. Similar browser storage, such as local storage, works in a comparable way. This notice explains what the Site stores, what is optional, and how you can control it.

2. What the Site Stores in Your Browser

The Site itself stores one item in your browser: a record of your cookie choice. If you allow Google Analytics, Google Analytics may also store information in your browser.

• Your cookie choice: kept in your browser's local storage under the name ns_consent_v1. The record contains your choice (whether analytics is allowed), a version number for the record, and the date and time you made the choice. It is used only to remember your choice, and the Site does not send it to us or to anyone else. It is treated as valid for 365 days. The Site checks the record when you next visit. If the record is out of date (older than 365 days) or not valid, it is removed and you are asked again.
• Google Analytics (optional): used only if you allow it, as described in section 3. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage to recognise your browser across visits. The details are controlled by Google and are not listed here.

3. Google Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site.

Google Analytics is optional. It is not loaded, and the Site does not send anything to Google Analytics, unless you choose "Accept all", or switch on Analytics in "Manage preferences" and save. If you choose "Reject optional cookies", Google Analytics is not loaded. Google Fonts requests are described separately in section 7.

If you allow it, the Site loads Google Analytics on each page you visit for as long as your saved choice remains valid. Google's own privacy policy applies to how Google handles the information it collects.

4. Your Choices

When you first visit, a banner offers three options.

"Reject optional cookies": Google Analytics is not loaded, and your choice is saved.

"Accept all": Google Analytics is loaded, and your choice is saved.

"Manage preferences": opens a settings panel. Necessary storage is shown as always active and cannot be switched off; it is what remembers your cookie choice. You can switch Analytics (Google Analytics) on or off and then select "Save my preferences". "Cancel" closes the panel without changing your saved choice.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Once you have made a choice, a cookie settings icon appears at the bottom left of the page; select it to reopen the settings panel. You can also use the "Cookie settings" button below.

If you withdraw consent, the Site stops loading Google Analytics, stops further analytics collection, and removes the Google Analytics cookies it is able to remove from your browser. The page may reload to do this. Withdrawing consent does not delete information that Google Analytics has already collected.

5. Things to Know

Your choice is saved in the browser and on the device you are using. It does not carry over to other browsers or devices.

Clearing your browser data may remove the saved choice, in which case the banner will appear again.

If your browser blocks local storage, the Site cannot remember your choice, so the banner may appear again on later visits.

6. Other Tracking Technologies

Apart from the cookie choice record and, if you allow it, Google Analytics, the Site's own code does not set cookies, use session storage, or load other analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

7. Third-Party Resources

Google Fonts: the Site loads its fonts from Google's servers, so your browser connects to Google when pages load, including before you make a cookie choice. This happens whether or not you accept analytics, and it is not controlled by the cookie banner or settings.

Formspree: if you submit the enquiry form on the Reach Us page, your browser sends the form to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. This happens only when you submit the form. Our Privacy Notice explains more about how form submissions are handled.

8. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
