1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Notice explains what personal information the website located at neosashti.com (the "Site") collects, and how that information is used. It applies only to your use of the Site, and does not cover any client or project engagement with Neonergy Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Neosashti - Software Division) ("Neosashti," "we," "us," or "our"), which is governed separately.

2. Information We Collect

The Site collects personal information through one feature: the enquiry form on the Reach Us page. Nothing is sent from the form until you submit it. When you submit that form, we collect:

• your name;
• your organisation;
• your work email;
• your enquiry/requirement selection; and
• any additional context or message you provide.

3. Analytics and Your Browser

If you allow Google Analytics, the Site loads it and information about how you use the Site is collected by Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. The exact information is determined by Google Analytics and is not listed in this notice. Google's own privacy policy applies to how Google handles it.

If you do not allow Google Analytics, the Site does not load it and nothing is sent to it.

The Site also keeps a record of your cookie choice in your browser. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us or to anyone else. See section 7.

4. How We Use This Information

Information submitted through the enquiry form may be used to understand your enquiry, contact you regarding your request, and communicate with you about the information or services you asked about.

Based on the Site's current implementation, this information is not used to send marketing communications.

If you allow Google Analytics, it is used to understand how visitors use the Site.

5. Third-Party Service - Formspree

The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. When you submit the form, your submission is sent directly from your browser to Formspree, which forwards it to us. Formspree's own privacy policy and terms apply to its handling of this information.

6. Other Third-Party Resource - Google Fonts

The Site loads fonts directly from Google's servers to display its typography, meaning your browser connects to Google as part of loading the Site. This happens whether or not you allow Google Analytics, including before you make a choice in the cookie banner, and it is not controlled by the cookie banner or settings.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics is optional: it loads only after you choose "Accept all", or switch on Analytics in "Manage preferences" and save. Until then, and if you choose "Reject optional cookies", Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to it.

When you first visit, a banner offers "Reject optional cookies", "Accept all" and "Manage preferences". "Manage preferences" opens a settings panel in which necessary storage is shown as always active and cannot be switched off, and Analytics (Google Analytics) can be switched on or off.

Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the name ns_consent_v1. The record contains your choice, a version number, and the date and time you made it. It is treated as valid for 365 days; its age is checked when the record is next read, and a record that is out of date or not valid is removed and you are asked again. The record stays in your browser and is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Your choice applies to the browser and device you used. Clearing your browser data may remove it, and if your browser blocks local storage the banner may appear again on later visits.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Once you have made a choice, a cookie settings icon appears at the bottom left of the page, and the Cookie Notice page has a "Cookie settings" button; either one reopens the settings panel. If you reject or withdraw consent, the Site stops loading Google Analytics and stops further analytics collection, and removes the Google Analytics cookies it is able to remove from your browser. This does not delete information that Google Analytics has already collected.

Apart from the cookie choice record and, if you allow it, Google Analytics, the Site's own code does not set cookies, use session storage, or load other analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and the Site has no user accounts.

We may update this Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
